West Snyder AYSO Refund Policy
1. The registration fee is not refundable once the season has begun and your child has practiced or played
with his/her team.
2. Players withdrawing prior to March 1st (for the spring season) and August 1st (for the fall season) will be
issued a full refund, minus the $17.50 AYSO national player fee.
3. If, in the rare event, that West Snyder Region 506 AYSO is unable to place your child on a team, you will
receive a full refund.
5. Uniforms are fully refunded if your child withdraws before March 10 (spring season) and August 10 (fall
season) if returned in the new condition they were given. The Uniform Coordinator or Registrar must
receive your uniform first before a refund will be given.
6. Refunds of registration fees will be based on any discounts paid. Example: based on the early bird
discount given or multiple children discount.
7. All refunds will be processed after May 31 (spring season) or October 31 (fall season).
